Within a couple of days, I had a Goldratt Institute consultant sitting in my office, whom I hired on the spot to help me transform my business. Then, I started to learn about the Theory of Constraints and Lean Production Philosophy. Over the next two decades, I would apply these principles. I learned by doing, making mistakes, and innovating – the firm grew exponentially and became my industry’s gold standard for build-to-order manufacturing and project management.
